AUDITING SERVICES
- MetaBiz offer first and second party auditing services in accordance with our customer requirements.
- We can provide a range of first party audits or internal audits cross different governance protocols, requirements and standards. Typical audits include a combination of client specific protocol or governance criteria; process evaluation related requirements; management system related requirements, e.g., a food safety management system based on ISO 9001; customized requirements including a combination of above.
- Our internal auditing services are designed to help our clients to review their processes, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses against external standards, while giving them peace of mind that the processes are running effectively. The internal audits or inspections can be conducted on the client itself, its branches, outlets, franchisee outlets, etc.
- A first party or internal auditing service give our client the opportunity to identify and correct issues that may lead to non-compliance or non-conformance penalties, gaps in their operational process, or excess waste.
- Other than first party audit, we also provide second party or supplier audits on behalf of our clients.
- A supplier audit is a tailor-made programme that assesses a supplier’s quality or food safety systems, as well as its workplace environment and ability to meet standards set by either the client or MetaBiz. A food supplier audit can ensure that all vendors and suppliers are able to undertake and act upon the client’s specific requirements.
